In 2022, Credit Industry Services was created to provide a niche service for businesses that are owed money. Our intense client-focused no collect no fee service provides our client with the confidence to instruct us at no cost unless we collect.

Our fees are straightforward. We charge 10% of funds recovered on UK debts and 15% on overseas debts.

The secret to our success is that we always visit debtors, be it the trading address or the owners'/directors' home addresses. This ensures that the debtor engages and a resolution is found. Our success rate year on year is over 85%.

In many cases we will also collect the fee from the debtor, which can make the service cost-free.
